Rates $115 per 60-minute session $85 per 45-minute session $60 per 30-minute session

Insurance Heartspath Counseling and Wellness, PLLC currently accepts:  Blue Cross Blue Shield, CBHA (Carolina Behavioral Health Alliance) / MedCost  Services may be covered in full or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan. Please check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions:

• Do I have coverage for outpatient mental/behavioral health?
• Do I have a copay?
• Do I have co-insurance?
• What is my deductible and has it been met?
• Does the deductible have to be met for mental/behavioral health?
• How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
• What is the coverage amount per therapy session?
• Is approval required from my primary care physician?
• Am I up-to-date on my premium?
• What would be my out-of-pocket cost today for an outpatient mental health office or telehealth visit?

 

Payment Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted for payment.

Cancellation Policy If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
